THINK GEAR IS ONLY FOR KIDS? THINK AGAIN!
While we won’t be able to host GEAR in person this summer, we believe that it is more important now than ever to introduce our campers to the wonderful worlds of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math! We are excited to be moving forward with plans for a remote version of our summer camp, GEAR2, designed especially for girls and their families! We will be hosting two, two-week sessions with minimal screen time and maximum fun! We will have different activities in both camp sessions, so you can sign your camper up for two or four weeks.

JULY 6 - JULY 20
In our first two weeks, you’ll meet Octimara Timoctopus, a sound-obsessed octopus, who has a pretty remarkable story to tell. You’ll help Octi share her story far and wide by crafting and recording your own verse of her ballad. Together, we’ll help Octi launch a hit single and music video that is sure to knock everyone’s socks off. No prior musical or technical training required! Some adult participation / minimal supervision suggested.

JULY 20 - AUGUST 3
In session two, we'll continue Octi's adventures, do some crafts, use electronics to make some sound, create our own very own cyborg socktopi, and put the finishing touches on the Octimara Timoctopus & the Cyborg Socktopus album! No technical or musical experience required, however, adult supervision is required for some activities.
